Dramas dominate the Best Picture category at this year's Oscars, and according to a new CareerBuilder.com survey, it's prevalent in the workplace as well.
Thirty-two percent of more than 6,000 U.S. workers say drama is the type of movie genre that best describes their workplace, followed by comedy at 28 percent and adventure at 11 percent.
The good news for employers is only 6 percent of workers say their workplace could be best described as a horror or a war movie.

Meanwhile, when asked which former female Academy Award winner they would most like to work for, workers revealed the following as their top 10:
1. Julia Roberts 2. Jodie Foster 3. Reese Witherspoon 4. Helen Hunt 5. Susan Sarandon 6. Charlize Theron 7. Nicole Kidman 8. Helen Mirren 9. Hillary Swank 10. Gwyneth Paltrow
The following are the top 10 former male Academy Award winners workers say they would most like to work for:
1. Tom Hanks 2. John Wayne 3. Clint Eastwood 4. Denzel Washington 5. Stephen Spielberg 6. Robert Redford 7. Jack Nicholson 8. Jamie Foxx 9. Robert DeNiro 10. Anthony Hopkins
